The area was consistently developed to state-of-the-art and ecological criteria: fiber optic technology, local loop, Internet provider and backbone are only some of of the aspects of this technology-oriented equipment. One example of the smart combination of high-tech and services is the planned Conference Center with multimedia technology, hotel and catering possibility.

Assistance

The PRE-Park, a conversion project, is considered an economical redevelopment area. The State of Rhineland-Palatinate therefore offers very interesting customized assistance programs for almost any kind of business settlement. The PRE in close cooperation with the Economic Development Agency of the city of Kaiserslautern is available to answer all questions regarding economic and settlement assistance.

Consulting/Services

Comprehensive service and consulting offerings have been developed for the companies settled in the park including new ones in particular. There is, for excample, a cooperation agreement between the PRE and BIC (Business Innovation Center) Kaiserslautern. There is also intensive cooperation with the technology transfer offices of the University of Kaiserslautern, the institutes and the Chambers of Commerce.
